The change from year to year is a good time to take stock. As in AR Luxury Living we love luxury villas - we will not fool - we decided to select the five that most have liked this 2015. Villa of traditional building located between the historical centre and the area of the port of Javea. It enjoys a perfect orientation towards the Southwest. The House was built more than 100 years ago and features distinctive of this area such as the arcades of tosca in the naya and many elements, for example in the stair handrail. The well is another beautiful example of the beauty of this architectural tradition.

Fantastic luxury villa located in one of the best places in Moraira, virtually on the sea. From the House there is a wonderful Bay view and the coast of Benissa to the rock of Ifach.
